Dixie Dirt TV has released the event video from the August 11, 2007 Carolina Clash series $4,000 to win event at Wythe Raceway in Rural Retreat, VA. Catch all of the excitement from the action-packed event at Wythe Raceway.

Dennis "Rambo" Franklin captured the pole position with series points leader, Ricky Weeks, starting alongside in the second position. Rambo quickly jumped out to the lead and looked strong all night, until disaster struck on lap 33 when Rambo's number 30 slammed hard into the turn four wall. Then with no where to go second place, Brandon Kinzer, plowed into Rambo causing both of the front runners to fall pit-side.

Hicks, who had motor problems earlier in the day was able to get around Damon Eller and take the lead of the 40 lap feature event with just a few laps to go. Billy Hicks crossed the line in the first position, which would give him his first Carolina Clash victory of the 2007 season. Ricky Weeks, who had an early mechanical issue was able to put on new American Racer tires and bring his car back to the front of the pack to finish in the second position and extend his points lead over Dennis "Rambo" Franklin.
