FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET OTHER 4-CYLINDERS TO COME TO 311 TO RUN..AND I HAVE GOT SEVERAL TO COME.."BUT" NOW WITH 311 PUTTING A RESTRICTOR PLATE RULE ON THE 4-CYLINDERS OTHER CARS WONT BE ABLE TO COME RACE..SO WHAT IM ASKING IS....WHAT DO YALL THINK ABOUT THIS...I WAS TOLD THE REASON FOR THIS RULE WAS TO SLOW DOWN THE FASTER CARS AND SPEED-UP THE SLOWER CARS.....THANKS..DIRTDAWG

i dont see how a restrictor plate is gonna help speed up the slower cars but can cause alot of problems for the faster ones tho doesnt make sense to me

well for all those slow cars their common denominator is MONEY (most of the time) so how is making them pay for a restrictor plate and risk blowing their engines going to "even" the field? It is going to cost them more in the long run! I think there should either be 2 mini stock classes or just go to u-car!
$=FAST I've spent the last two years putting time and money into my car and when I finally think I've got something for you guys....THEY TRY TO MAKE ME CHOKE DOWN MY ENGINE!?! We all go by the same set of rules. I've adjusted my car...it got faster...I adjusted my timing... it got faster...I changed my stagger...it got even faster All I'm saying is for the slower cars that are complaining:Quit asking for handouts and get your hands dirty!!!!!!!!!!!TRIAL AND ERROR

Careful "mod4" what you say about slow cars, it might bite you
this year... Anyway I was planning on running up at 311 every
other Saturday this coming season, but new rule changed force
me to change my mind after (restrictor plate rule). So I'm gonna
save my money and motor for RTR every Friday and travel around
different tracks on Saturdays with back up car.
Reason when Bobby Johns took 10 inch tires away from mini stock
class because it was to fast for the class and tearing up his track???
So now he says need slow down fast cars to give slower cars a
chance??? What is he thinking??? Every track in this country is
going to have fast and slow cars!!! Bobby Johns don't care about
any of the races or classes that runs at his track, It just that he
trying real hard to prove he smarter than any racer around NC
and Va areas. This is not only class he trying to slow down even the
Former Super Street now change to Limited Sportsman class has
a restrictor plate tooooooo??? This really has nothing to do with fast
cars or slow cars it is Boby Johns thinks he in Daytona Fla. on a 2 mile
superspeedway... he is confuse that his track sign says "Daytona of Dirt"
in Madison, NC. track name 311 speedway of 4/10 mile in size.

its a joke he cant even pay someone to make the plates but if he does he wont have any mini stocks
