Re: CLR Track Work Pics - 12-28-2007, 11:27 PM

The asphalt underneath Wayne County is what made the track tear up so badly. No place for the water to go besides the bottom of the track and to sit in between the dirt and asphalt.

I'm pretty sure James knows what to do, he's been at this for a while. Some folks have to realize that James and Edward build houses for a living and that's what puts the food on the table. The track is their second job.

You got that right James must be doing something right, You can always count on the rules and all being out in a timely manner and he runs it the way he needs to in order to keep it open. That clay does look like a mess but you can't judge it until the green flag drops on 08..

New clay is now on the track....

Kevin stopped by and took more pictures (before these were taken), so hopefully he will capture more work a little clearly.

I've heard both about WCS, that its why the tracks tears up so badly and I've heard thats why it holds together so great. I only remember it tearing up 2 or 3 times. I just hope james gets all those rocks and roots out.

I thought they were going to raise the wall all the way around. Turn 4 that wall looks freshly painted but looks really low. I saw Kevins photos of you guys working. I hope you guys don't plan on removing all those rocks by hand and a bucket.

Wesley directed his question to Redclay Rebel not anyone else, so unless you can answer it in a mature way keep your smart ass remarks to yourself.

The Rockland Rotoveyer is the best way to remove rocks, roots, and debris from your land. After one pass a Rotoveyer quickly turns your un-usable land into productive, rock free farm land. Rotoveyers have been in operation all over the world for more than 30 years and have been used in applications as varied as improving potato fields to cleaning up after strip mine jobs. From California to Nova Scotia, there isn't a better, more serious rock picking machine available anywhere.

Picking them up by hand is fine with me. I am not afraid of work. Save money for other projects.
