Information about the WINTERNATIONALS from East Bay Speedway

CORONA, CA (January 31, 2008) � For the fourth year in a row, the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series along with www.racetalklive.com have announced that the 32st Annual Dart Winternationals from East Bay Raceway Park in Tampa, FL will be broadcast live starting on Monday, February 4th at 7:00pm (eastern). The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series will be making its fourth consecutive appearance at the 1/3 mile track promoted by 2VHL Promotions for the weeklong wheel-to-wheel excitement that East Bay provides the fans who travel in from all over the country to escape the winter blues.

The lap-by-lap coverage on www.racetalklive.com will begin Monday evening at 7:00pm (eastern) with Dirt Nation (www.dirtnation.com) and host Dave Seay, who will then turn the broadcast over to Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series Internet Broadcast Announcer Dustin Jarrett. Each night thereafter, live coverage will begin promptly at 7:00pm (eastern) with Jarrett and a turntable of co-hosts and special guests that will include drivers, Series officials, and Series sponsors among others.

Race fans who cannot attend the 32st Annual Dart Winternationals in person can go to the Series webpage at www.lucasdirt.com and click on the RaceTalkLive link, then proceed to the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series logo and click that to listen to the live broadcast. Listeners must have the Windows Media Player download to be able to listen to the broadcasts.

The 2007 East Bay internet broadcasts were the highest of any dirt track racing audio stream, drawing well over one million listeners for the week-long festivities. In 2007, the Wednesday night broadcast alone set an unbelievably high mark of over 500,000 listeners.

Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series Hot Laps will begin at 5:00pm (eastern) at East Bay Raceway Park with Qualifying to follow at approximately 6:00pm (eastern) and Racing starting at or near 7:00pm (eastern).

The first three nights of action at East Bay are run under Lucas Oil Series rules but with no points. The last three nights count toward points, but the three nights together count the equivalent of a single race during the regular season. ...
