Two of these are called Carolina Speedway and they are different places: one at Gastonia in North Carolina, one at Lakeview in South Carolina. Both had a forum and both are listed, with the qualifiers the board used. Track names are reproduced as they were written on the board, not as the tracks style themselves today.
